We will send you a tracking number after shipment.
Sometimes Post Office didn't update their system quickly, so we have to wait 1-2 days then we can get tracking info online.
You can track your item at your national Post Office website.
For example:
USA order can be tracked on http://www.usps.com,
Australia order can be tracked on http://auspost.com.au,
Canada order can be tracked on http://www.canadapost.ca
You can also track it at http://www.17track.net/en/track

You can return any item within 7 days in its original condition.
Returns for customized jersey will only be accepted if the customization is incorrect.
Once a name or number has been printed on a jersey, we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.
Shipping cost is not refundable because Post Office got it.
